techniques? Have you heard about the benefits of breathwork and meditation but haven’t tried them yourself? Perhaps you’ve tried but felt you couldn’t concentrate and keep your mind from getting in the way? This class is for those who feel mental and emotional stress, want the ability to heal their bodies or reach a greater connection to Self.
I am offering a two-hour class, led by myself, Melissa Fenton, designed to guide you step-by-step in moving your mind and body into simple and healing states for meditation, breathing, and releasing negative thoughts and feelings. You will learn the various techniques taught all around the world and choose the one that best suits your needs and lifestyle.
This class is interactive and experiential, tailored to a small group to ensure what’s taught is understandable and achievable for all.
