I am offering a two-hour class, led by myself, Melissa Fenton, designed to guide you step-by-step in moving your mind and body into simple and healing states for meditation, breathing, and releasing negative thoughts and feelings. You will learn the various techniques taught all around the world and choose the one that best suits your needs and lifestyle.
